What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number and message, and your email address, postcode and nearest area if you choose to give them.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, send you a confirmation if you give your email address, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing.
Who can see it
Only our staff, our website developer, and the companies that provide our website hosting, database and email services, who all handle it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Records of completed work may be kept for longer where we need them for guarantees, tax or legal reasons.
Cookies
The public website does not set cookies or use tracking or advertising tools. Our own staff use two strictly necessary cookies to stay securely signed in to the private dashboard.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing sales@armourglass.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
